Why do I need a Luxe & Plush luxury purse pillow?
Most of the luxury designer handbags are made of good quality leather, fine suede and other luxurious materials and they have to be kept “stuffed” even when not in use to maintain their shape. If the handbag is left without support over a long period of time, the leather will soon collapse, crinkles are likely to form and fold in areas and then eventually fall apart if left unattended over a period of time. Prior to establishing Luxe & Plush, we came across many feedbacks among our girlfriends that they either using crushed tissue paper, newspapers, old magazines and towels etc. to stuff their handbags which eventually shreds and sometimes, the “teeth” of the zippers are caught in between the shreds causing unnecessary frustrations. We also heard of scary stories such as the printed articles or pictures of the magazine or newspaper transferring onto the main compartment of the handbag which can be impossible to remove.
Like all our girlfriends, we love our designer handbags as much as they do hence we have been brainstorming on the best possible solutions to maintain and yet is able to protect our designer handbags while it is in storage and this is how Luxe & Plush was born. Luxe & Plush purse pillows offers an elegant, effective and yet economical solution to protect your handbags.
We also urge all our customers to protect their handbags by storing it at a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight and for maximum protection, you can also place 1-2 "Dehumidifier" in the handbag while in storage. Our dehumidifier is eco-friendly and can be "recharged" by placing it under the sun for 2 hours once every 2-3 months. Each dehumidifier can last up to 12-18 months. It is eco-friendly and yet an economical and effective to protect your handbag.
Luxe & Plush luxury purse pillows currently come in 3 gorgeous colours; Silver, Champagne and Black and in comes 4 different sizes (ready stock). You may use one or mix & match to suit your handbag or you can also choose to have it custom made to fit your handbag. Kindly note that custom make items will usually take approximately 7-10 working days to complete.
I would love to order from you but do I need to sign up for an account?
Preferably! We urge all our customers to sign up for an account to complete their purchase so that it will be easier to keep track of your order. If you do not sign up for an account, kindly make sure that your mailing address and contact details are correct at the point of check out. Please be assured that your information is safe with us and we do not spam or sell your information if you decide to sign up an account with us. We will only update our customers whenever there is a forthcoming or ongoing promotion or sale at our store.
Are the handbags on your website available for sale?
No. All the handbags shown on our website are for illustration purposes only and are NOT available for sale.
Prices shown are in Singapore dollars and are nett and non-negotiable. Prepayment is required to confirm your order. Luxe & Plush reserves the rights to amend or revise our products and site content at any time without prior notice.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days for all READY STOCK upon receipt of your order and payment. Kindly note that some of our products are pre-order or custom made items thus might require about 7-10 working days before it is ready to be despatched. Do take note of the timeline specified under each of our listings. We will try our best to have your order shipped out before the timeline and we will always inform our customers in advance if we are unable to commit to the standard delivery timeline due to unforeseen circumstances.
Do you accept International orders?
Yes, we do accept both local and international orders and offer 2 shipping options. International orders via Registered mail is the most economical way to ship however it will usually take approximately 6-12 or as long as 18 working days (for major cities depending on your location and subjected to custom clearance) to arrive.
For certain countries such as UAE, customers might be required to collect their mail from their respective post office or POP Stations.
We also offer Worldwide Courier Service at an additional fee and the estimated timeline is between 2-6 business days. We shall not be held responsible for parcel delays as it is beyond our control. The shipping fee will be calculated upon check out however any excess (if any) above 30% will be refunded to the customer via their credit card through PayPal.
Luxe & Plush ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
Kindly note that all postage rates are non-negotiable as this is a service fee collected by the post office or shipping company thus it will be difficult for us to waive it.
How do I make payments for my orders?
We only accept credit card payments via PayPal; a secure payment portal where all our customers can check out with ease. Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to do so however, we advise our customers to make sure that the shipping address is correctly entered before completing the payment process. We will not be responsible for mail lost due to wrong information given.
My Luxe & Plush purse pillow has been stained. Can I wash it?
No. We do not recommend washing the purse pillows, however you may use a semi-damp cloth to wipe on the surface. Please remember to remove the bag of dehumidifier (if any) from the purse pillow before cleaning. You have to make sure that the purse pillow is completely dry before putting it back into your handbag.
How do I remove stains on my handbag organisers/base shapers? Can I wash it?
No. We do not recommend washing of our handbag organisers; nylon waterproof organisers, boston handbag organisers, herringbone canvas organisers, backpack organisers, handmade base shaper and etc. We recommend spot cleaning where you may use a semi-damp microfibre cloth with a small amount of mild detergent and gently tab on the stain. Rinse your cloth and repeat to remove the soap residue. Leave it to dry completely before use.
What is your operating hours?
Luxe & Plush operates from Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 8pm (UTC/GMT +8hours) from 10am to 3pm on Saturdays (UTC/GMT +8hours). The cut-off deadline for daily orders is at 3pm on a business day. We are closed on Sundays and Singapore Gazette Public Holidays. Customers can still make their purchase online as usual however, kindly take note that orders will only be processed on the next business day.
Unless otherwise stated, we offer a 7-day return policy for a full refund via credit voucher issued by Luxe & Plush. The return item must be returned as delivered (in new, sealed and sellable condition) or the refund will not be processed. Return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
Please contact us for return shipping instructions within 7 days upon receipt. With must regrets, "Return" will not be entertained after the given timeline.
Cancellation of Order
We regret that cancellation is not possible once your order has been processed. There will be strictly no refunds for cancellations however, we do issue a credit voucher for your future purchase. We seek your cooperation and kind understanding in this matter.
